With temperatures dropping and holidays on the way, this time of year is all about curling up with a warm bowl of comfort food and indulging in the flavors of fall. But many of those classic recipes can take a toll on your waistline, so registered dietitian Taylor Johnson showed us how to cut the calories while keeping the comfort.
