A woman was indicted last week and charged after she allegedly got drunk, touched another passenger, cursed and kicked a flight attendant resulting in the plane being diverted to Dulles in July of last year, court documents show.

Robin Dorothy Ducore has been charged with one count of interference with flight crew members and attendants.

According to court documents, Ducore was on a JetBlue flight from the Dominican Republic to JFK on July 29, 2017. The flight attendant on the plane said Ducore downed four glasses of white wine in less than two hours, at which point she was cut off.

The attendant said that Ducore's "behavior" started to "deteriorate".

"(The flight attendant) then observed Ducore begin to touch in a flirtatious manner the back of the head of the male passenger sitting next to her, an individual whom (the flight attendant) did not believe that Ducore knew. (The flight attendant)recalled that the passenger being touched by Ducore appeared uncomfortable with this unsolicited touching. After Ducore was repeatedly told to stop touching this passenger, (the flight attendant) moved the male passenger to a different seat. Ducore then became upset, and began cursing and became verbally abusive towards (the flight attendant)," the court documents state.

According to court docs, the flight attendant then tried to give Ducore food and water so she could "become more sober", but Ducore reportedly threw the food and water across the plane.

Eventually, Ducore was allegedly put in flexcuffs, but broke out of the restraints and kicked the attendant in his leg.

The flight crew was reportedly worried about what Ducore could do to other people on the flight, so the plane was diverted to Dulles, court documents show.
