DC area rapper's family seeks answers after his body's removed from Potomac River
WASHINGTON (ABC7) —
The family of a local rapper found dead in the Potomac River is searching for answers as to how he died.
Metropolitan Police say they don't suspect foul play after 29-year-old Christopher Carney's body was removed from under the Key Bridge on Oct. 24.
Carney's family learned from his girlfriend in Kensington, Maryland that he left the night of Oct. 16 with a friend to go to the Georgetown Harbor to hang out.
There was reportedly a dispute between Carney and his friend, and officials report the friend was the last person to see him alive.
